Job summary

Cleveland Clinic AtWork is seeking an Experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join the team as a full-time clinician covering multiple locations including Garfield Heights, Medina, Main Campus, and other Northeast Ohio sites. The schedule is days, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with on-site clinics and free-standing sites in the region.

Responsibilities include primary and/or specialty care, collaboration with the care team, and educational outreach.

Qualifications

• MSN required upon hire or within 3 years of hire for external hires and internal hires moving from a non-APRN licensed role to an APRN licensed role.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• If in neonatal care service area Master's Degree is required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.
• Interprets routine diagnostic tests and develops a treatment plan.
• Prescribes and monitors medications per state licensure and Clinic policy.
• Educates patients about diseases, treatments and side effects.
• Participates in rounds and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Refers patients to specialists as appropriate for consultation or resources.
