Job summary

The Tipton Group in Mansfield, TX is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, manage leasing and maintenance teams, and drive occupancy and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong leadership and customer service, and proficiency with OneSite or similar software; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with property management software and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams to achieve community goals.
• Oversee leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention to maintain occupancy.
• Build positive relationships with residents, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and property financial performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of service requests and make-readies.
• Review property reports, track performance, and meet regional deadlines.
• Ensure lease agreements and community policies are followed.
• Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract residents and maintain occupancy.

What You'll Do

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily community operations, supporting your team, and ensuring the property meets its operational and financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A dependable, proactive, and team-oriented approach to property management.
