Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Minnesota workers' compensation claims adjuster to evaluate and process claims in accordance with company policies. You will conduct investigations, collaborate with medical and legal teams, and communicate updates to claimants and insurers.

You will negotiate settlements, manage litigation when necessary, and stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices in workers' compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience handling MN Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims.
• Active MN Adjuster's License.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process Minnesota workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
