You will greet patients, check them in and out, schedule appointments (x-ray, urodynamics, CT), verify insurance, collect co-pays, and scan documents into the EHR. Bilingual is a plus; regular attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of medical front office experience in a busy specialty setting.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, and co-pay collection.
• Familiar with EHR, scanning IDs/insurance cards.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in/out (40-50 daily).
• Schedule appointments including x-ray, urodynamics, and CT.
• Verify insurance and collect balances.
• Scan documents into the EHR.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical setting.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by management.
