Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to work in a clean room environment, applying chemistry fundamentals to help develop and optimize chemical formulations and manufacturing procedures. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a clean room laboratory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science.

Job description

As a Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean room environment. Use your knowledge of chemistry fundamentals to help Honeywell deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under direct supervision and alongside some of the world’s most talented chemists to develop and optimize chemical formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development of Honeywell’s next generation of products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be a part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of our projects and programs.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell’s offerings by ensuring the seamless integration of chemistry principles into product development, enhancing the quality and innovation of Honeywell’s offerings. Your leadership fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, ultimately driving the company's success by pushing the boundaries of scientific possibilities.

This role will support 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am Sunday- Thursday night. Please note training may take place on a different shift.

The annual pay range for this position is $50,000, $76,000. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
