Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in South Bend, Indiana to maintain equipment, support process improvements, and ensure safety and quality standards across the production floor.

You will work with engineering and quality teams, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help keep production on schedule to support high-volume aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process to maintain product quality and production schedules.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and support new product introductions.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production quality.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and manufacturing software systems to support equipment maintenance and process optimization.
