Charter Next Generation in Massillon, OH is seeking an Experienced Machine Operator to operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines, set up machines, and ensure quality during production.

Qualifications

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule : Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

• A – Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
• B – Night Shift: 8:00pm - 8:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
