SUMMARY:

Installs equipment in designated locations in a safe and courteous manner and in accordance with established standards and procedures.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Installs, maintains, and repairs cabling infrastructure in a low voltage environment; maintains safety and professionalism at all times.

  • Completely and accurately tests cabling, ensuring it is in proper working order prior to departure from installation site.

  • Safely operates assigned company vehicle

  • Exhibits appearance and conduct in accordance with established company standards to present a professional image to customers and the general public

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 2 years in the industry required

  • Ability to perform the physical labor necessary

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds required

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and cautions

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Telephone experience preferred, but not required

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
