• At least 2–3 years of significant litigation experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume docket independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven
• Excellent client communication and time management skills
• Professional, reliable, and results-oriented
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and litigation software platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to move cases efficiently through the litigation process
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and prepare trial materials
• Schedule and track hearings, depositions, and deadlines
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their cases
• Adhere to firm processes and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
• Contribute meaningfully to achieving successful outcomes for clients
