Infina Health is seeking an experienced Lawyer / Legal Advisor to join our team. As a vital member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel for the safe and efficient operation of our transportation services.

Responsibilities

1. Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and guidance in line with US laws and up-to-date information.
2. Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex topics relating to corporate law.
3. Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents with great care and attention to detail.
4. Compliance Management: Monitor and assess regulatory changes and ensure management is made aware.
5. Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks within the overall department and recommend solutions.
6. Legal Representation: Represent Infina Health as required over digital channels.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Law (BA LLB or higher)
2. Proven experience working as a legal advocate.
3. Experience dealing with insurance carriers and brokers.
4. Sound understanding of legal structures pertinent to transportation and logistics.
5. Clear and in-depth knowledge of US laws and experience with the US legal framework.
6. Excellent research and analytical skills to present complex legal matters.
7. Strong communication and English speaking skills.
8. Ability to work independently.
9. Prior remote work experience would be a plus.

Compensation

1. Compensation range is set at PKR 175,000 to PKR 300,000 depending on skill and experience.
