KRUPNIK LAW GROUP PC seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our plaintiff's personal injury team. You will handle drafting, filings, discovery, and trial prep with meticulous attention to deadlines and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have prior New York PI litigation experience, are dependable and organized, and can manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred for client communications and translations.

Qualifications

• Experience in NY plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Dependable, detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA and medical authorizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafting summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare Requests for Preliminary Conferences, RJIs, Notices of Issue, and other court filings.
• Perform NYSCEF e-filing and monitor court deadlines.
• Prepare and respond to discovery demands.
• Coordinate depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.
• Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation including subpoenas and expert exchanges.
• Coordinate with medical providers and experts regarding reports and trial availability.
• Provide comprehensive litigation support and client communication.

Our growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced, hardworking, reliable, and highly organized Litigation Paralegal. Significant growth opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include

• Drafting summonses and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.

• Preparing Requests for Preliminary Conferences, RJIs, Notices of Issue, and other court filings.

• NYSCEF e-filing and monitoring court deadlines.

• Preparing and responding to discovery demands.

• Preparing HIPAA and other medical authorizations.

• Scheduling depositions, IMEs, and court appearances.

• Maintaining litigation calendars and tracking deadlines.

• Trial preparation, including subpoenas, expert exchanges, trial authorizations, and obtaining narrative reports.

• Coordinating with medical providers and experts regarding reports and trial availability.

• Client communications, assisting with translation, and providing comprehensive litigation support to attorneys.

Requirements: Prior New York plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience is required. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
