Responsibilities

• Assist in the discovery process, including document review and privilege logs.
• Perform detailed legal research using WESTLAW and assist in case Shepherdizing.
• Conduct public records searches for litigation matters.
• Track legal documents through all phases and ensure completeness.
• Assist attorneys at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain client communication under supervision; 1,450 hours billed annually.
