Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal supporting commercial or business litigation matters.
• Knowledge of the litigation process from case inception through trial.
• Experience handling discovery, document management, and trial preparation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written communication and legal drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Draft, revise, and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Manage and maintain case files, document databases, and litigation records.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Summarize deposition testimony and organize document productions.
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit management, hearing binders, and witness coordination.
• Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and monitor litigation timelines.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and motion practice.
