Job summary

RumbergerKirk is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities include case management, discovery, medical record review and summarization, deposition and trial preparation, and coordination with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of law firm experience, preferably in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files.
• Draft discovery requests and pleadings.
• Prepare subpoenas and records requests.
• Review medical records and prepare chronologies.
• Assist with depositions and trial preparation.
• Maintain case management databases.
• Coordinate with attorneys on deadlines and schedules.
• Track billable time.
