Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Manchester, NH location. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of litigation experience and is admitted to the NH or MA Bar (or both).

This hybrid, direct-hire role offers 125–150K+ pay, with growth potential as you build a long-term partnership-minded practice. You will handle diverse litigation matters, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in NH/MA Superior and District Courts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of legal experience with litigation emphasis
• Admission to NH or MA Bar with willingness to become admitted in the other state
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and build client relationships

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution
• Represent clients in NH and/or MA Superior and District Courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other professionals
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff
• Assist with commercial real estate, condominium, business, and other related matters as applicable to background and interests
• Develop and strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to grow practice
• Contribute to continued growth and development of the firm’s practice

Pay: $125-150K+ Depending on Experience

Our client, an established New Hampshire and Massachusetts based law firm, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing practice in their Manchester, NH location! This is an opportunity for an attorney who is ready to take the next step in their career, gain greater ownership over their work, and build toward a long-term path to partnership! The firm offers the resources and support of an established practice while providing attorneys with the opportunity to work closely with clients, take on meaningful matters, and play a role in the continued growth of the firm. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5+ years of legal experience with a background in litigation, particularly experience handling matters in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts Superior and District Courts. Experience in commercial real estate, condominium law, and/or business law is a plus, but the firm is open to attorneys whose primary background is litigation and who are interested in expanding their practice!

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of legal experience, with litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience practicing in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts Superior or District Courts
• Admission to the New Hampshire or Massachusetts Bar, with willingness to become admitted in the other state
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent judgment, organization, and ability to manage matters independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
• Interest in developing a practice and building long-term client relationships
• Commercial real estate, condominium, and/or business law experience are a plus!
• Motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of a team
