InfiReex in Denver seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a focused, team-oriented practice. You will manage a fast-paced caseload involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, and insurance disputes.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, 3+ years of litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Local candidates in the Denver, Colorado area.
• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a fast-paced caseload and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle matters involving personal injury, construction, premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions, pleadings, and insurance coverage opinions.
• Attend hearings and proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Conduct examinations under oath (EUOs).
• Perform legal research and prepare comprehensive written analyses.
• Conduct pre-litigation evaluations and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
