Job summary

Accrescent Group seeks an Associate Attorney — Litigation to investigate and defend insurance claims, including first- and third-party matters, personal injury, construction, and coverage disputes. The role requires taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions and coverage opinions.

You will attend court hearings, conduct examinations under oath, and work locally in Denver with no relocation. A Colorado bar admission and several years of litigation experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar – mandatory.
• 3+ years of litigation in a law firm.
• Experience in insurance defence or personal injury is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings.
