Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of line cook experience in a full-service kitchen.
• Strong understanding of recipe execution and portion control.
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a busy service.
• Commitment to following company recipes and plating standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain station setup, stocking and organization.
• Complete line checks, temperature logs, and food quality checks.
• Follow ticket flow and communicate with kitchen staff and expeditors.
• Keep workstations clean, labeled, rotated, and sanitized.
• Assist with prep, inventory, and opening/closing duties.
