Qualifications

• 2+ years line cook experience (scratch kitchen preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knife skills and station management (grill, sauté, fry, prep).
• Ability to work clean, fast, and organized.
• Team-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items consistently to company standards.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during peak service.
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and portion standards.
• Keep station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams.
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
