Hyatt Regency DFW is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our Culinary Team at Terminal C, DFW Airport. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced kitchen serving 811 guestrooms and 92,000 sq ft of event space, delivering high-quality dishes with Hyatt brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience (culinary degree or hotel experience preferred).
• Clear communication and professional attitude.
• Proficient in basic and intermediate cooking techniques.
• Able to train on any station and support multiple hot-line areas.
• Maintain stamina to stand for a full shift and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following recipes, presentation standards, and Hyatt brand expectations.
• Set up and break down the restaurant line efficiently and accurately.
• Stock, organize, and maintain assigned stations.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures per Health Department and hotel policies.
• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with your team.
• Learn and master new stations quickly.
• Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and passion for continuous culinary growth.
• Strive toward the next level of cook by delivering consistent quality.
