Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is hiring for Prep Cooks in a high-volume, casual dining environment in the United States. We welcome applicants who are strong team players, good communicators, organized, and committed to health and safety standards.

Join our back-of-house team to learn Red Robin's style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals. Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong team player and good communicator.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a high-volume kitchen with health & safety standards.
• Back-of-house cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking various meals.
• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.
• Work in line cook or HOH roles in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout prep and service.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
