Full-time Experienced Line Cook

Major Responsibilities Include

• Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager on duty

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements
• Ability to demonstrate cooking skills and follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company standards and quality standards
• High level of organization, cleanliness, and sense of urgency
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
