GO FISH Seafood Restaurant is seeking an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in their work and is excited to grow into a Sous Chef role. This scratch-kitchen operation emphasizes fresh seafood, house-made sauces, dressings, soups and dishes prepared in-house, with a culture of respect and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced dinner service, with strong communication and a drive to learn and expand their responsibilities within the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Pride in quality, presentation and consistency.
• Willingness to grow toward Sous Chef.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes in a scratch kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

GO FISH Seafood Restaurant is looking for an experienced Line Cook who loves cooking, takes pride in their work, and is ready for the opportunity to grow into a Sous Chef position.

We’re not a heat-it-up-and-plate-it kind of kitchen. GO FISH is a scratch kitchen. Our sauces, dressings, soups, specials and dishes are made in-house, and we work with incredible fresh seafood and quality ingredients every day.

But what we're most proud of is our team.
