Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Experienced Line Cook.

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare dishes and recipes according to Harry's standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/station
• Follow all safety and sanitation practices
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager on duty

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• Knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements
• Ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Effective teamwork skills with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to company standards
• Organized, clean, and able to work with a sense of urgency
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
