Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Lakeland, FL is seeking an experienced line cook for a part-time position. You will prepare dishes to Harry's standards, maintain a clean work station, and follow all safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
