Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Gainesville, FL is seeking a part-time Experienced Line Cook. You will prepare dishes to Harry's standards, maintain a clean station, and follow strict safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required.

• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
