Position: Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member)

Objective: To prepare delicious and visually appealing food, maintaining high standards for presentation, quality, and timing. You will be trained to prepare all menu items according to recipes and specifications, working across all kitchen roles as part of the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare menu items following recipes and presentation standards (50%).
2. Complete all assigned prep work (15%).
3. Set up your workstation as per station diagram (15%).
4. Practice safe and sanitary food handling at all times (10%).
5. Clean and sanitize work areas before, during, and after shifts (5%).
6. Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks (5%).

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to handle plates, utensils, pans, and cases on shelves.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience with knives and food prep equipment.
• Mobility throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift cases up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations to ensure safety.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires navigating the restaurant, communicating with guests, moving items up to five pounds regularly, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending or stooping. Adequate vision is necessary for cleanliness and touchscreen operation. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.
