Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC's Town & Country Veterinary Hospital in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to support our boarded surgeon. You will monitor anesthesia and assist in soft-tissue, orthopedic, and neurologic surgeries, enabling you to practice at the top of your license.

This full-time role offers competitive wages ($33–$35/hr, up to $37/hr for a board-certified technician or VTS), a $2,000 sign-on bonus, generous CE allowances, paid time off, and a strong

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia & Analgesia: full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, monitoring & recovery.
• Dentistry: full-mouth dental radiography, charting, periodontal therapy as directed.
• Diagnostics: radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, sample collection.
• Nursing & Triage: critical patient monitoring, wound care, catheters/feeding tubes.
• Workflow Leadership: lead tech appointments, team huddles, mentoring assistants/externs.
