Qualifications

• IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications required.
• At least two years of water mitigation experience.
• Ability to run jobs or lead a crew.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Willingness to take ownership and develop technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation jobs on local Hampton Roads projects.
• Manage crew and job documentation.
• Provide customer service and ensure quality outcomes.
