Job summary

PuroClean of South Chesapeake in Hampton Roads, VA is seeking a lead restoration professional who can own projects in the field. You will manage water mitigation jobs, supervise technicians, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT and AMRT required; two years in water mitigation and a history of running jobs or leading crews.
• ASD and other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on mitigation jobs and supervise the crew.
• Develop technicians and set the standard for workmanship and safety.
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide excellent customer service.
• Grow the team as the business expands and support operations leadership development.
