Job summary

As You Wish Electric is hiring in Renton, WA to support our Install Manager and keep projects moving with energy and organization. You’ll be the trusted voice from kickoff to completion, coordinating timelines, permits, and resources to ensure smooth installations.

We offer hourly pay ($28-$32 DOE), Mon–Fri hours, immediate PTO accrual, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) with company match, a referral bonus program, and ongoing training from industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice customers trust from kickoff to completion
• Craft smooth project timelines considering weather, resources, and roadblocks
• Shuffle schedules to boost efficiency and customer delight
• Keep permits current and inspections on track through installation phases
• Guard resource availability: materials, equipment, and crew
• Partner with Project Managers on invoices, rebates, equipment registrations, inventory, and reporting
• Aim for 100% customer satisfaction as the standard
• Handle dispatching and permit submissions with city follow-through
• Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals
• Own permit applications: gather specs, organize drawings, coordinate inspector meetings
• Track daily KPIs to drive departmental efficiency
• Crunch weekly job costing reports for finance
• Deliver vendor reports on various cycles
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail
• Step up wherever help is needed
