Core Duties
  • Perform comprehensive product and process evaluations to verify adherence to industry benchmarks.
  • Help maintain high standards by identifying and logging defects to ensure management is fully informed.
  • Work alongside production staff to execute improvements and refine quality control protocols.
  • Keep precise documentation regarding all quality assurance tasks and inspection results.
  • Monitor evolving industry regulations to ensure our operations remain fully compliant.
  • Support the team by mentoring junior staff and production personnel on established quality requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years of professional background in quality assurance or inspection.
  • Deep knowledge of various inspection methods and quality control workflows.
  • Exceptional focus on detail and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to perform tasks autonomously while contributing effectively to group goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
  • Possession of relevant quality or inspection certifications is considered an advantage.
