Job summary

InfraHire Group seeks an Experienced Immigration Attorney in Fairfax, VA to represent clients in deportation and other immigration proceedings and to manage cases from intake to resolution.

You will conduct legal research, prepare and file documents, and advocate for clients while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and regulations. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Represent clients in deportation and other immigration proceedings before Maryland and Virginia Immigration Courts.
• Handle a variety of immigration cases from initial consultation through case resolution.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in immigration law and regulations.
• Prepare, file, and organize legal documents and evidence for court proceedings.
• Advocate on behalf of clients and provide high-quality legal representation to the immigrant community.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of immigration law and related legal issues.
• Utilize strong analytical, research, and writing skills in all casework.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements as a practicing attorney.
