BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Immigration Litigation Attorney for its Fairfax, VA office on a hybrid schedule with three days in the office per week. The role focuses on federal district court litigation of immigration matters, including habeas corpus petitions and injunctive relief, plus appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and U.S.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership and good standing.
• 4+ years immigration experience and 2+ years federal litigation experience, or vice versa.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the United States for hearings or conferences.

Education
