Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a skilled bilingual Immigration Attorney to join their Woodbridge, Virginia team in a full-time, in-person capacity. You will represent immigrants in removal proceedings, advise on relief eligibility, and prepare filing applications.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of immigration law experience, an active US Bar license, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel to detention centers may be required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Bar License in good standing from any U.S. state (VA/MD desirable).
• Minimum of one year of experience in immigration law.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages advantageous.
• Knowledge of immigration law and court procedures.
