Job summary

Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for the Weekend option to deliver high-level patient care in the WPH Rapid Response Team. The role requires active ICU experience, RN licensure, and the ability to handle acute clinical situations with skilled teamwork.

Located in downtown Orlando, this position supports the Women’s/Gyn unit with a Magnet-recognized nursing program and a commitment to patient safety and education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Two years ICU experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets cardiac and other monitors.
• Responds to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol.
• Documents patient care accurately and communicates with the medical team.
