Job summary

Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, FL is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Women’s Triage Unit on nights. This 36-hour, full-time position offers exposure to obstetrics and gynecology care in a Level III Perinatal Center environment.

As part of a Magnet-designated system, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support education and preceptorship within the unit. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure or NLC.
• At least 1 year of OB/GYN, or L&D RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets patient condition and response to therapies.
• Coordinates care with the multidisciplinary team and delegates as appropriate.
• Documents patient care in the medical record.
• Preceptor, charge nurse, or unit educator responsibilities may apply.
