Job summary

Hardin Heating & Air, LLC in Midlothian, TX is seeking an Experienced HVAC Tech to service residential systems on a full-time basis. The role includes diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems, performing quality repairs, and building customer relationships while representing the company.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call rotation, receive a take-home company vehicle, and enjoy a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO after 90 days, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• TDLR registration and NATE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and perform quality repairs.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EXPERIENCED HVAC TECH

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
• EPA Section 608 certification
• TDLR registration
• NATE certification
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn more and keep growing in the trade
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools
• Ability to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling
• Commitment to safety

• Able to solve unique problems you wouldn't find in a standard manual
• Able to show up on time with a clean uniform and a great attitude
• Able to recommend and sell upgrades/additional maintenance services without pressuring customers
