Lochard Inc., Snyders Heating & Cooling, and Dave's Services are growing, and we're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Pay range is $22 per hour to $32 per hour plus commissions, with potential annual earnings of $50k-$75k.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to homeowners
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
Recommend repairs, maintenance agreements, and system replacement options when appropriate
Complete accurate service tickets, notes, and invoices using a tablet
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
