Lochard Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our family-owned team with over 80 years of service. Expect a competitive pay range of $22–$32 per hour plus commissions, with a potential annual earnings of $50k–$75k.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems, use a tablet for tickets, and contribute to a positive team environment. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to homeowners.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Recommend repairs, maintenance agreements, and system replacement options when appropriate.
• Complete accurate service tickets, notes, and invoices using a tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
