Job summary

Lochard Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with 3+ years of residential installation experience to join our growing team in Ohio.

Pay ranges from $22 to $32 per hour plus commissions, totaling roughly $50k–$75k per year, with benefits including health insurance, paid vacations and holidays, a retirement plan, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience installing furnaces, AC, heat pumps, minisplits, and IAQ products.
• Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces and varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems per manufacturer specs and local codes.
• Remove and dispose of existing equipment safely.
• Install ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical components and thermostats.
• Start up, test and verify proper operation of installed equipment.
• Complete installation paperwork and photos on a tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout installation.
• Collaborate with team to complete quality installations on schedule.

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $32 per hour plus commissions = $50k - $75k per year

• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
• Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
