• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide timely resolutions (minimal callbacks).
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair preferred.
• EPA Certification.
• NATE Certification and Commercial Refrigeration are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
