J & J Air, a family-owned HVAC company serving the Grand Strand, is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant who enjoys helping homeowners invest in the right comfort solutions while building a rewarding and profitable career.
As a consultative sales professional, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate comfort concerns, present customized proposals, and close high-value residential replacement and upgrade opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven success in residential HVAC sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized and results-driven.
- Experience using CRM and sales management software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate comfort concerns and replacement opportunities.
- Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to needs and budget.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and financing options.
- Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- Collaborate with installation and service teams for a seamless client experience.
- Stay current on HVAC technologies and energy-efficiency solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

As an HVAC Comfort Consultant, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and provide customized solutions that align with their goals and budget. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust, delivering exceptional client experiences, and closing high-value residential replacement and upgrade opportunities.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
