Pace Heating & Air in Corvallis, OR is hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician with light commercial service experience. You will be dispatched to on-demand service calls for our commercial customers and perform annual maintenance on light commercial HVAC equipment.

Take home company vehicle with gas card, a supportive team, and ongoing Carrier training and education reimbursement. Work hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed; benefits include medical,

Qualifications

• 2+ years' HVAC service experience is required.
• Universal EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Low Voltage license desired.
• Willingness to attend training classes and seminars including NATE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Dispatched to on-demand service calls for commercial customers.
• Annual maintenance on light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Complete all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 2 + years' HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Low Voltage license desired
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
