Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Detroit and surrounding areas. This full-time, year-round role offers the potential to earn over $130,000 per year based on performance, with a take-home company vehicle and gas card, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
