ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in the Indianapolis area. The role offers full-time, year-round HVAC work with the potential to earn over $130,000 per year based on performance and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with leadership and ongoing technical training.
