Office location and training support are provided; insurance options start after 31 days, and the scope includes ongoing HVAC training and career advancement within ARS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience required
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawl spaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
