This role focuses on installing, starting up, and troubleshooting equipment while delivering a professional experience to homeowners.

You will work on full-time, year-round HVAC installations, with strong training, leadership support, and opportunities for career advancement within a national leader in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead installs with a helper.
• Knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
