ARS-Rescue Rooter in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to install, start up, and service equipment across our service areas.

This full-time role offers an earning potential of $130k+ per year, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training. You will lead installations with a helper, ensuring work meets codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper.
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards.
