Job summary

Masters Heating & Cooling seeks a skilled HVAC installer for Fort Wayne, IN, focusing on residential change-outs. You will install, modify, and overhaul air conditioning systems and furnaces, taking ownership of projects and guiding junior technicians.

Required: 2+ years (apprentice) or 5+ years (lead) HVAC installation, EPA cert, and valid driver’s license. Six-figure earning potential with competitive pay and bonuses.
